A bumper start to summer!

We’ve had an excellent couple of weeks here at AMA, with clients enjoying significant coverage in some of the UK’s leading newspapers and magazines including The Daily Telegraph, the Independent, the Guardian, The Times and the Sunday Times Travel Magazine.

Our hospitality clients have done particularly well, being identified as leading the way for everything from local beachside produce and bespoke cycling routes to stunning Alpine scenery.

Aberaeron’s boutique Harbourmaster Hotel was recently visited by renowned cycling journalist Rob Penn and his wife. Rob was commissioned by the Independent on Sunday magazine to write about teaching his wife to cycle with help from hotel owners Menna and Glynn. Read the online article here.

Meanwhile Coast, Saundersfoot and The Grove, Narberth were recognised by The Daily Telegraph as offering two of Pembrokeshire’s finest coastal restaurants in a piece titled ‘Britain’s best beach cafes and restaurants’. The coastal restaurant and luxury boutique hotel were also mentioned in another Telegraph round up on ‘the 20 best hidden beaches in the UK’. Condé Nast Traveller also included Coast, Saundersfoot in a piece on the ‘top 5 seafood restaurants on the UK coast’.

Over in Europe, Slovenia was identified by the Independent as offering affordable yet outstanding Alpine family-friendly holidays, while the Guardian made the most of new flights between Maribor and Southend to discover one of Europe’s hidden gems for wine holidays (and a lot more besides!)

Add to this a mention for Under The Thatch in the Guardian‘s ‘Five of the best Garden B&Bs, cottages and campsites‘ and The Times including Preseli Venture in their piece on ‘Ten of the best holidays to enjoy on your own‘, and it makes for a very successful start to the summer!.
