December at AMA

There was no slowing down in the run up to Christmas for AMA as we organised a big media event as well as maintaining a constant flow of  coverage for another record-breaking December. We partnered up with Slovenia Tourism at the Slovenian Embassy for their Christmas media party with many top journalists from the Guardian, the Telegraph and Rough Guides, to name a few, which has already resulted in coverage and a press trip.

On the 17th of December the whole team pulled together in Westminster to put on a wonderful Christmas party to celebrate two of Europe’s greenest countries: Wales and Slovenia. We presented some fine Welsh produce including Blaenavon Chedder, Penderyn Welsh Whisky, Brecon Brewery beer and Black Mountain Smokery ‘s salmon and duck canapés which perfectly complimented the delicious Slovenian spread too.

As for clients who are dependent on Christmas sales we were able to maximise their Christmas trade through coverage in a variety of national media.  Three clients were included in the Guardian’s annual Christmas gift guide as well as mention in Men’s Health and Shortlist.  During the difficult off-season winter months we also helped fill accommodation and tables thanks to great coverage in newspapers and magazines such as The Times and Grazia.

And finally we are pleased to announce our new client, the Forest of Dean. We are so eager to get started that Annabel spent one day of her Christmas holiday touring around the beautiful area to explore ideas for the region which we believe has great potential.
