Travel and Lifestyle PR specialists A Marr + Associates Simona Morar has been awarded the PRCA’s inaugural Reginald Watts Prize for Insight in PR.
.
PR and communications practitioners aged 25 or under were invited to present their vision of the PR and communications industry in 2020 and beyond. The agency’s own Simona Morar saw off fierce competition from some of the industry’s brightest young stars with an essay focusing on the value of data to the future of the industry.
.
The shortlist was decided by a judging panel of Amanda Pierce MPRCA, UK CEO, Burson Marsteller; Andy Green MPRCA, Founder, StoryStartsHere; and Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA.
.
Simona said, “I’m delighted to have received the inaugural Reginald Watts Prize. It was a hugely enjoyable experience to write about the future of the industry and I would encourage all PR professionals under 25 to enter in years to come.”
.
Creative Director and co-founder Frank Marr emphasised “We are incredibly proud of Simona, it’s a wonderful achievement. We put intelligent PR and marketing at the heart of our agency’s work. This is another fine example of the great team and high level of service we offer to our clients”
