A Marr & Associates wins Slovenia accounts
A Marr & Associates has been appointed to handle public relations for the Slovenian Tourist Board in the UK after the contract went out to tender. The agency will service the account from their London office.
The account win consummates 12 months previously working with the Slovenian Tourist Board, delivering a press visits programme, social media consultancy and press office services, culminating in support for the ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) conference which took part in the country’s capital, Ljubljana.
A Marr & Associates has also been awarded the UK account for Postojna Cave, Slovenia’s leading visitor attraction. Considered to be the most famous cave in the world, Postojna also boasts a magnificent castle, high quality guest accommodation and a selection of restaurants.

A Marr & Associates wins luxury hotel accounts
A Marr & Associates has been appointed to handle UK public relations for The Harbourmaster Hotel and Tudor Farmhouse Hotel. Each of the independent luxury hotels offers stylish accommodation combined with award-winning food.
The Harbourmaster Hotel, located on Wales’ Ceredigion coast in Aberaeron is a boutique hotel with 13 rooms and a coral-painted cottage. The award-winning restaurant overlooks the harbour, with the Wales Coast Path stretching out in both directions.
Tudor Farmhouse Hotel is set in the Forest of Dean in England. Surrounded by 14 acres of grazed farmland, the hotel’s restaurant serves vegetables from the garden and food foraged from the grounds.
The new account wins complement the agency’s established hotel clients, which include The Grove in Pembrokeshire and Vienna International Hotels & Resorts – a chain of 38 hotels covering 27 destinations across Europe. A Marr & Associates also represents several national parks and destinations including Slovenia, as well as H. Forman & Son – the oldest family-run smoked salmon business in the world combined with a restaurant and food retail business. The agency’s work with H. Forman & Son also commenced in October, bringing the number of new account wins this month to five.
